"The girls on the front desk have always been very helpful and professional at the office. Fast and friendly service and things i think are complex they handle with no problem. Your prices are to high but the girls are nice. The claims department (liability claim) was not so nice. It took 2.5 years to get a fair settlement. You can't get customer service when the liability adjuster just wants to low ball your claim for damages because she has 80 claims in her inventory which seems to be standard for a liability adjuster sadly and they also did not take good notes for the claim file so we were starting over all the time. Since the liability adjuster always claimed she did not see my paperwork come in the gals at the office would fax in my documentation, save confirmation my fax went through, and save copies of everything which really helped. Love the gals up there."
