"We have been long time clients of State Farm with John Mercer serving as our agent. When John recently made the decision to retire, his clients were split between a couple of agents. My family, including my 97 yr old dad, went to Cal Kiburz office.
I recently had an issue with a request for additional premium for my dad’s homeowner’s insurance, so I called Cal’s office and spoke to Stasia for the first time. I told her that I was at a loss because Liz from John Mercer’s office had always taken such great care of us and I needed someone like her to help me navigate our concerns and insurance needs. Stasia stepped right up to the task, found the reason for the request for additional premium, and told me exactly what needed to be done to resolve the situation. I appreciate service like that.

"Joe was absolutely outstanding. I called a few months back with absolutely no idea where to start on looking for renters insurance. I was moving out of my parents house for the first time and was just kind of winging it. Joe took the time to walk me through what I needed to do, and even helped me with a timeline. "Daniel was absolutely amazing, he took the extra mile to ensure that I was taken care of. He contacted me multiple times until I was able to return his call in regards to my policy to make sure that it's exactly as I need it. When I inquired about the dividend checks, he walked through it with me step by step with each policy until the process was complete and I'd receive the monies from each one.
